Selden Bullock

Mr. Bullock joined Cygnus in 2023 as an Associate. His primary duties include performing investment analyses, credit underwriting, research and reporting, and loan servicing.

Prior to his role at Cygnus Group, Mr. Bullock spent three years at First Republic Bank working as a Commercial Real Estate & Construction Analyst. He was responsible for structuring, underwriting, and monitoring a $750 million credit portfolio across various asset classes, covering the Jackson Hole, Mountain West, and San Francisco markets. Prior to First Republic Bank, he started his career with ServisFirst Bank as an Analyst. In this role, he was tasked with performing credit, market, and risk analyses of commercial and industrial operating companies across the Southeast.

Mr. Bullock earned his B.S.B.A degree from East Carolina University majoring in Finance.
