Brad Morgan

Mr. Morgan serves as the Co-Portfolio Manager for Cygnus. He serves on the investment committee and oversees capital markets and investment management. His investment expertise is primarily focused on commercial and residential real estate.

Prior to his role at Cygnus Group, Mr. Morgan spent the past 6 years as the sector manager of Commercial Real Estate for Medalist Partners, a $2.6bln structured credit hedge fund based out of New York. His responsibilities included overseeing the securities books in addition to all debt and equity real estate investments. Prior to Medalist, he spent the previous 12 years at JP Morgan where he was the head of CMBS trading. He ran a team of traders through all aspects of the financial crisis and subsequent recovery. Mr. Morgan managed a $2bln portfolio of CMBS for the firm and was profitable every year during his tenure.

Mr. Morgan earned his B.S.B.A degree from Villanova University majoring in Finance and Management Information Systems.
